(Metering Injection Systems)

정량 주입 시스템(Metering Injection system)은 solvent, 액화가스(CO2, other foaming gas)를 설정된 일정한 유량으로 시스템에 주입시키는데 사용됩니다.

화학반응장치, 발포장치, 사출장치, 압출장치 등에 적용될 수 있습니다.

* Max. injection pressure : 280 bar

* Injection flow control range : 3 kg/h ~ 30 kg/h

* Integration flow accuracy : below 3% of set value

* Required utilities

- Electricity : 220/380VAC, 3-ph, 4kw

->for options(chiller and SC-CO2 Injection) : 12kw

- Cooling water : min.15 LPM @max.30℃

* 더 높은 주입압력 및 더 많은 주입유량 시스템도 제작 가능.
